“My new Samsung un40"h5003TV has a plastic smell to it It was purchased from Best Buy online and delivered and unpacked just a couple of days ago.Is this normal? If so, when does smell of away?”

It takes several weeks. Got it for Christmas and the smell is finally abating.. Also it's enclosed in an entertainment center and the smell was very strong; however it's hardly noticeable now
