Can you use Hulu on this TV? null

Yes, this model has the Hulu app.

Yes you can use HULU on this screen. It took me over an hour to program the initial settings for the smart TV but the image is very good. I am experiencing sound issues of fluctuation and loss that is very annoying so I may have to return it for a different unit.
