• They make LCD TV's for outdoor use this one is not ment to be used outdoors.

• Yes, freezing (or any extreme) temperatures will cause damage to your television. We recommend staying within the threshold of 50 °F ~ 104 °F (10°C ~ 40°C) for a television you'll be operating.
