• YES! Although it is a bit slow using the remote as a keyboard. The built in browser is better than I thought it would be. Like using your smart phone without a touch keypad.

• Yes, if you have a good WiFi connection! It has a Web browser built in. I love this tv. Have it in the bed room. It's about half the weight of my old 32" insignia tv.
