It comes with a base that can be used for sitting on a flat surface. It does not come with a wall mount. It does not come with any cables other than a power cord. If you have wifi, it will auto sync to it.

If you want to mount on the wall you will need a wall mount kit. A Phillips screw driver is needed to attache the base to the tv.
