• Yes they can. Every Samsung has a VESA measurement "XXmm x XXmm" so read your instruction manual and look for that number. Then you buy a mount that will support that measurement and you're golden. Just make sure that if you don't feel comfortable doing the installation, hire a professional.

• I don't see why not, as long as you find a stud to anchor it into. We mounted a 32 inch on our extra bedroom wall, no problem.

• Usually the only thing holding a tv back from being mounted is the size. So 40 - 48" can be mounted. Most brands come with recommendations for what brackets to use.
