- Answer Try the screen setting within your cable or satellite provider box. The settings for the picture quality are there also.

QuestionWhat size screws/bolts do you use for a wall mount? The manual says use M8 screws that are 33mm in length (weird size) for the 40" TV and to use the included adapter (which does match their diagram). Anybody have luck mounting this TV?

- Answer Most of the TV mount come with several sizes of bolts to fit todays TV's. there are also washers and spacers for adapting the mount to fit your needs. Be careful not to use a bolt too long as you might make contact with the inner electronics on your TV.

- Answer None they both carry the Factory warranty you can also buy the Geek protection plan. I have bought a lot of open box items from Bestbuy and have had good luck. If it does not work they will take it back with no problem.

- Answer The TV needs to connect to the Internet via an ISP such as Comcast, Cox, Verizon, etc.. It does not provide a wifi connection but uses the wifi service provided by your ISP's router to reach the Internet. It connects just like a laptop or tablet would.
