Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.What type of structure or housing is surrounding the TV and is the signal Blocked by a cable box or something. Also are the batteries a good in the remote some times the factory ones are trash. Are you in a metal building that could also interfere with signal from the remote. Try programming your smartphone with the Samsung app and see it it does the same the Samsung app is in the App Store. Check it out if it does better that would be where I would start at.
