• Skype is already on it, but there will no longer be Skype service for tvs in June.

• I have not tried installing face time or Skype yet cos I do that from my phone or computer

• David, Skype is possible with the VG-STC5000 Samsung camera. We're not aware of FaceTime being available. Thanks for your interest in Samsung products. --Mr. S
