Mine does that sometimes and it's because Netflix is adjusting the app for updates u might make sure your tv is up to date ..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can try resetting Smart Hub via the menus. There also may be newer firmware available and the TV may not detect it. The newest firmware version is currently 1224.0. You can download from Samsung or their support can help you locate it. Even with the latest firmware Netflix sometimes crashes or is non-responsive for me. Unplugging the TV to force a reset may also help.
