- Answer You need a 400mm x 400mm mount that accepts 40" TVs. The mount comes with hardware.

QuestionI am trying to help a friend & his UE40JU6410UXXU. Shortly after purchasing he saw a message on the screen which was something like " XYZ WOULD LIKE TO CONNECT ?" XYZ is the next door neighbour. Setup searching for Wi-Fi points? or something sinister?

QuestionHow do I turn off true motion? When I hook up my surround sound it won't work and also mutes the tv. Also can't seem to be able to hook up my blu ray dvd player. I have never had these issues before.
