The 40" F6000F TV mounting holes are located as follows:
Top mounting holes are 13.9" from each corresponding side of the TV and 6.22" from the top of the TV. Bottom Mounting holes are 13.9" from each corresponding side and 6.35" from the bottom of the TV.

The TV has a Sleep Timer but does not have a wake-up timer. You could, however, create a routine on the SmartThings app on your phone, which will then wake up your TV every day on the days you choose.
