Yes, this TV has a web browsing app. Although it is vexing to navigate using the remote. As such I recommend using a wireless keyboard mouse combo for use with this TV. Just make sure it is not a bluetooth keyboard and mouse as that will not work.

Yes, and able to add USB wireless keyboard that had a trackpad. But honestly didn’t use long as just not as convenient as a PC or notebook computer.
