“What are the dimensions of this TV? I read the other comments, it says the TV is 12 inches deep? It says it is 36.6 in wide, by 22.6 in height and 12" deep? Surely is is not 12 in deep? Let me know, ASAP I always buy Sony, how does Samsung compare?”

The TV itself is only about 1.5" deep. The stand that it comes with is about 12" deep. If you are mounting it, think of about 1.5". It is really thin.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.if you use he stand you need a 12" surface to support the legs. If you mount it on the wall - take off the legs and it is 1 1/2 inches thick. The wall bracket will vary but you can set it up to protrude 5-6 inches minimum up to 29 inches max.
