“Samsung 43" 4k...etc. installed but screen is dark. I've seen this complaint twice. tried pressing Settings then what do I do? Anyone return tv because of this. total nuisance. Never had this happen with other 2 Samsung's. yikes!”

• Do not have mine hooked up. But the answer lies in the auto dimming feature which needs turned off. Read the reviews oin this tv and you will see similar complaints and resolutions to your question. Hope this helps.

• I had it do that to my first 50" and I called Samsung, they rebooted my tv remotely and all was good
