“Is there a difference in the type of ray's omited from different displays? My wife has sensitive eye's and has trouble watching our Sony which is 5 years old. Hope you can help.”

I wouldn’t say different “rays” but this television does offer warmer colors and adjustment for sensitive eyes under settings. I believe there also is a “sensitive eye” adjustment under expert advanced settings. Takes a second to figure out, but googling it will give you step by step instructions and is easy to navigate to and adjust accordingly after that. Hope this helps! Also, having a 4K resolution helps as far as seeing the pixels, making it easier for eyes to adjust as well!
