Can you tell me the size of the screws for mounting? null

It depends. I bought a self mounting kit from Lowes and they box came with multiple length and width screws for mounting. It gave you an option based on the width of the holes in the back of the t.v. I bought the Hangman No Stud Fixed Wall TV Mount (Hardware Included) and it was an easy set up and then put the tv up.
