“My 43” Crystal TV came with a remote which already had batteries. Had a problem, only to discover that one of the batteries had been put in wrong way around ! Also how to I adjust the color? Thank you Barbara”

Hi Barbara! When adjusting the Picture Settings, you will need to press HOME on your remote. Then go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings. Here you can individually adjust settings such as Brightness and Contrast.
