“i bought this tv recently and i love it but i dont know how to activate the "motion rate". i read samsung calls it "motion plus setting" under its expert picture settings. my tv seems to lack this setting. please help. thank you”

I believe what you are looking for is under the 'Clarity' setting in the expert menu.
