“I just got this t.v. yesterday upgrading to a "smart" t.v. We can't get the thing to work from the box we had from Direct TV. It's hooked up correctly but I can't watch any network channels or programs we've dvr'd. Do we need to upgrade the box??”

My direct TV stream boxes stopped working after my move, they no longer work on both my Samsung TVs. I was told by Direvt tv that i needed new boxes. So i canceled Direct tv. Saved myself almost $200 per month.
