• Hi there! You can screen mirror from your Samsung device to your TV without WiFi. The connection the devices utilize is WiDi (WiFi Direct) so you will not need to have devices connected via wireless Internet. ^Gina

• To my knowledge, both devices need to be connected over the same internet network, even if it's a Wi-Fi hot spot created by your S20.
