“why is it when you advertise a 43 inch tv screen you only end up getting a 37 .9 inch screen that sounds to me a little misleading to the public dont you think .if i order a 43 inch screen i would like to get one of the size i would order not something”

All TV screens and computer monitors are measured in inches on the diagonal (e..g. from lower left corner to upper right corner).
