GT, the 43TU8000 has Direct-lit: lights are on the edges and behind the screen. If you go up in size to the 49TU8000, you will get the Direct Full array ;direct-lit with local dimming for greater contrast with up to 100 zones of LEDs. mini-LED: dense array of miniature LEDs for improved brightness, contrast, and uniformity with ~1000 zones of LEDs.
