• Hi Eric, These are 2020 TV's. New models are usually launched sometime between April and July. Thanks, ^Scott

• According to Samsung's website, this is a 2020 model. I don't see any listing for their 8000 series with 2021 listed for the release year. https://www.samsung.com/us/televisions-home-theater/tvs/crystal-uhd-tvs/ This is a solid TV and actually the third one of these 8000 series Samsungs I've bought
