“What does the motion + 120 do to the picture quality vs just 60hrz ?”

• Hi there, 120 motion rate will add motion interpolation and black frame insertion versus a simple 60Hz panel. Does this mean that a 120 motion rate will be as good as a tv with a 120 HZ rate ? thanks
