• Hi Paul, You can turn off Voice Guide by going to Settings> General> Accessibility> Voice Guide Settings> Voice Guide. ~Samsung Advisor

• Try turning off the Voice Guide function. It is in Voice Guide settings. Settings/General/Accessibility/Voice Guide Settings/Voice Guide
