• if you open the menu and go to Samsung TV Plus there are many channels you can watch free I would say there's about 250 or more you can also watch off air channels if you have an antenna in my area I get about 68 to 70 Channels as far as the apps go the ones I needed were free I'm sorry but I don't know which ones are available for purchase I hope this helps.
