No, it doesn’t. I’m the one who originally asked this question, and have since purchased this model. The Dish Anywhere app by Dish Network is not one of the available apps in the TV’s App Library.

After purchasing this and trying to set it up We too realized the app could not be found. Now What? Encouraging is I found a Smart TV that is dumber than me. The Best Buy people should not tell potential purchasers the DISH NETWORK or ANY WHERE APP IS AVAILABLE when it is not.
