How do I turn the volume up or down null

Below the Back button and above the Netflix hotkey, you'll see a thin rocker button with (+) on the top and (-) below; simply push up on this button to increase, and down to decrease volume. ~ Samsung Specialist

By pushing up or down motions the + and - on remote vs clicking it.
