“Is the Only way to get audio out from this TV is by use of the optical cable? When choosing sound options on the TV it only give two options, TV or Optical even though it has HDMI and RCA ports. Why is this?”

Hi TrptGuy65, We are sorry for any confusion regarding audio out options on the CU7000 TV. This TV offers optical out, HDMI eARC, and Bluetooth. There however are not RCA ports available. When connecting a device via HDMI, make sure it is connected to both the TV and Soundbar. Then, Set the Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output. Also, please check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto.
