• Maky - Below the Back button and above the Netflix hotkey, you'll see a thin rocker button with (+) on the top and (-) below; simply push up on this button to increase, and down to decrease volume. ~ Samsung Specialist

• There are two buttons in the middle of the remote. The left one is volume...press upward for increased volume.
