This means that is has the 'standard' screw holes (4 threaded holes) in a 200mm square pattern (or about 7.87 inches by 7.87 inches) on the back for wall mounting. The specifications also say that the weight of this TV is 15 pounds (without the stand) so you would need a wall mount designed for both the VESA 200mm X 200mm, designed for a weight of (at least) 15 pounds.
