Just purchased TV. I have spectrum cable. Cable remote works channels but cannot turn up sound on tv. TV remote works sound on cable but cannot turn channels. How can I get cable remote to change volume or tv remote to change channels on cable? null

Hi Flip,

To be able to pair your Samsung remote with your cable box, please ensure the box is connected to your TV via HDMI cable. The TV should automatically connect to the cable box. If it does not, then press Home> Source> Universal Remote> Start and select the cable box device.
