Hi Steve, The 43" DU8000 TV measurements are 38.1" x 22.1" x 2.4" (WxHxD) without the stand and 38.1" x 24" x 7.5" with the stand. The package size (the box it comes in) is 42.6" x 26.2" x 5.8", which is where the confusion may be coming in. ~Samsung Advisor
