I love the Samsung user interface and clarity on this TV. I use an external speaker, so no opinion on that, but the picture quality is stunning.

I really love this TV. Before purchasing this TV I had a Vizio TV and it was alright, but when my son broke the tv in our living room I bought a Samsung tv for in there and just fell in love so I just had to get one for my room.

I have purchased the crystal UHD in the past. I have purchased 2 of the newer 2024 models and they more responsive than the older models.

Great quality TV for the price & has a clear sharp picture. Comes with great features that my older model didn’t include (Bluetooth, gaming app like Luna, etc.). Delivery came the next day without any issues. iPad camera doesn’t do the screen photo the justice it deserves.

Great product, but the remote is not easy to use. No numbers and hard to navigate.

This was purchased open box and came with a falsified Quality Checklist. It took a bit to get it out of the box as we are still getting settled into new home so we missed the return window by 8 days. The bottom of the tv is cracked (frame) and is hanging; so the sensor picks up nothing (remote doesn't work with it and can only change the channel by pushing the buttons), and the screen has a large scratch on it. Because I bought it open box, I don't even care about the scratch if the tv can be utilized but now I need to download an app and hope that it works! I never buy TVs used and I ALWAYS purchase Samsung but I'm done w/BestBuy!

Good picture clear & crisp. Soap opera like quality takes getting used to. Dont like the remote at all - too many submenus to access simple commands. May be an age thing, younger users may not mind. Previous tv was a TCL so very used to their easy menu interface and remote. Sure I wil get used to the Samsung style with more use.

I bought this to replace my old Samsung TV which suddenly gave out without warning after nearly twenty years. At first I didn't want to go this big, but I am glad I did. Over all it's not much bigger than my last one, but the screen itself is. The picture is amazing and the upscaling is absolutely incredible! Even on a 720p video you can see details like wrinkles in curtains and brushstrokes and pores in skin that you have never been able to see before. The image is crisp, clear, bright, and sharp from any angle and the brightness won't hurt your eyes even at a couple feet away. I wouldn't use the smart features, but I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants or needs a new TV. In fact it was less than half the price of the one I replaced and that one was nearly twenty years old! Can you believe it?

There were avbout 4 Samsung models in a 43" TV. We went with the DU8000. I can't say enough good things about it! Great picture quality - perfect in low light and in bright light. Easy to set up with all the different apps and now we only have to use the TV remote instead of the Xfinity remote as well. I would highly recommend this TV.

I purchased the Samsung 43" Class DU8000 about a month ago for my bedroom. I also have another Samsung TV from Best Buy, which, after six years, looks as beautiful as day one. With this new one, I initially noticed problems with the picture, which pointed to my cable connections and cable box. Once the cable issues were addressed, the TV picture looked amazing. I set the picture to "natural" and keep the default settings as they are. The picture looks great on every channel, including the commercials, and maintains its clear and crisp color when the room is dark or light. The TV remote is also very user-friendly. The price is right and so is the great customer service that Best Buy provides.

We purchased this TV to be used on a mobile chart for flexibility to watch TV outside or in guest room. It’s perfect, lightweight, great color and sound.

For the price it was a great purchase. Picture is gorgeous, great sound quality. Works for what I needed it for. Was a little worried about only 2 HDMI inputs but it also has Bluetooth connectivity so my soundbar paired up and alleviated those worries.

I am very happy with this purchase. The TV has excellent clarity and the size of the TV fits perfectly well in a 10x10 bedroom. The smart TV is easy to set up and the remote control is super easy to operate. I highly recommend this TV.

Great picture; easy setup, and the Smart TV features are better than older TVs we have. Great value for the price.
