“Picture is not crisp clear like is supposed to be. How can i view full HD ?”

• Make sure your source is providing an HD signal- if you have access to an external antenna to get local TV, that's almost always available in HD and a good test. After that, try HD cable or streaming from a computer or Roku, but make sure you're connecting with an HDMI cable. If that still shows a blurry picture, you may want to take it back.
