“I've had this TV for 3 months and it rarely allows playback/streaming right away. It's usually frozen/not gathering data from apps to allow a selection to be made. WiFi is connected and signal is strong. Having to unplug/replug often, any ideas why?”

I have similar issues, in addition to others. My current belief is that Samsung used inferior quality components with a high frequency of defects in this unit. I would recommend returning it and getting something else.
