We bought a 55" and LOVED it, then bought the 43" and it did the same thing you describe...and we're hooked up to nothing but internet! YouTube and all browsers freeze up randomly. We took it back and got another one and this one does it too! We're taking it back tomorrow and looking for another brand or model. Pretty disappointed in our old friend Samsung.
