• This TV does have an RF antenna input, which allows you to connect an antenna.

• Short answer Yes. Longer answer The signals you get will be determined by your distance from the transmitters you are trying to receive and the things between you and the transmitters. Hills, trees and even the type of building you are in can reduce your signal strength.
