Yes, open-box includes all original parts/accessories.

In most cases. the remote, manuals or the power cord is missing

Yes everything is packaged and in the box, as long as it’s “certified” like new.

There's no box, but everything was there. There was a little problem about the stand, so make sure they give you the correct one before you leave the store

In this case, no. The feet for the TV were missing, and after closer inspection, there was a tag on the side that stated this, in small print, but the salesman never mentioned this. When I called and asked is there anything he could do for me, he said he could sell me a new stand for $135, which kind of defeats the purpose of buying an opened box. You would think with all of the old TVs that they take in, there might be an extra pair of feet lying around, but he made no offer to look. Luckily, I found a set on eBay for $12.
