“This is a fine TV but it has a voice compatible remote control that constantly believes it is hearing commands and it will mute the TV audio and ask me to repeat my question. My question is, how Can I stop this from happening almost every day?”

Go into Settings with the remote (house icon then arrow left to the gear icon) and go to General then to Bixby. Turn off those settings to stop it.
