QuestionWhat size bolts do I need to mount this TV to a TV stand or wall mount? Because the bolt size is specific to the TV, Samsung should provide them, but they don't. :/

- Answer stcdino - To mount the 43" Q60A, you will need 4 x M8 screws, 11-13mm length, and 1.25mm pitch. The 43" Q60A utilizes a VESA Pattern of 200mm x 200mm - please keep in mind, most universal wall mounts will include the hardware you will need to mount your TV. ^Gina

QuestionHow high does the stand rise? My Sonos Beam is just over 2.5”. Are there pre-set levels for adjustment? Is stand adjustment available for all sizes of this tv?

- Answer Hi DotR, The adjustable height legs of the Q60A have two positions. In the lower position, you will have a clearance of 40mm (about 1.6") and the raised position gives you 65mm (about 2.6") ^Val

- Answer Hi - Great question! Samsung does not offer any OLED TVs in its current lineup. A QLED TV is a Quantum Dot-based TV, and that Quantum Dot material is what makes QLED TVs different from conventional ones. QLED TVs use Quantum Dots which are inorganic, durable, stable and allow for excellent color and brightness. Meanwhile OLED TVs use a controversial organic material that leaves them susceptible to image retention. ^Gina

QuestionI need written instructions on how to change the leg height NOT pictures that say nothing on how to remove the legs and put them back on evenly. The pictures without any explanation is not helpful to me

- Answer There is a tab on the back of each leg that can been moved on their hinge. This works as a spacer when seating the leg into the TV.

- Answer Hi sly - You can charge the SolarCell remote by using the solar cell or the USB-C port on the bottom of the remote. You can charge the solar cell by leaving the back of the remote facing up. It will charge with either sunlight or indoor light. If you use the USB-C port, a red light will let you know that it is charging. The USB-C cable is not included. ^Gina

- Answer Measuring from the inside of the legs the distance between the legs is 25 3/4”. From the outside of one leg to the outside of the other is 26 7/16”
