• I have the same TV and it came with the Amazon Prime app installed...just need to enter name and password.

• WendyH - The Prime Video app will come preinstalled on the Q60A TV upon setup; please know you can press the 'Prime Video' key on your remote, which will launch this app for you. Please also ensure your TV is connected to the Internet, as it is required to access any apps. ^Gina
