“When I plugged in my soundbar the tv audio went to a whisper and raising vol # does nothing, even if I disconnect the soundbar. I had seen other comments before on how to adjust but can't find them.”

• Go to tv settings, sound. & make sure sound output is showing name of your soundbar. My soundbar is also Samsun, so everything was auto.
