• Im still trying to figure this out. A big pain not being able to shut her off.

• Baker - Please know your TV’s voice assistant capabilities will not be enabled until you’ve set it up in the menu. If one has previously been set up, you can disable it by logging out of your account: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Voice. ~ Samsung Specialist
