QuestionDoes this TV have hands free Alexa or do you have to use the microphone? Does Bixby have hands free voice control on this TV or is the only choice microphone on remote?

- Answer Hi Wellsie - While push to talk is available when using all 3 voice assistants, Alexa and Bixby will both allow you to utilize hands-free voice commands by enabling the Voice Wake-Up feature (Press the Microphone button > Explore Now > Settings > Voice Wake-up). ~ Samsung Specialist

- Answer joe - When connecting Bluetooth headphones to the Q60B, you can switch the audio source to only play audio through your headphones, or you can take advantage of Multi-output Audio, which allows you to turn on both the TV speaker and Bluetooth headphones at the same time. When this function is active, you can set the volume of the Bluetooth headphone higher than the volume of the TV speaker. Go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Multi-output Audio. ^Gina

QuestionWe already have a 43" wall-mounted Sony television; it broke. How can I know whether this Samsung television will be able to use the same wall mount (which is drilled into a brick wall and won't be easy to replace)?

- Answer I think the Vesa holes in the back of the TV are different...I had a 10 year old Sharp...and took it down and had to buy smaller washers, nut the tech from the geek squad gave me the right screws for the Samsung.

- Answer the sound on the tv is relatively low due to it's thin design. I bought the hd sound bar and subwoofer for it and the sound of the combined set of the tv and sound system is amazing.

- Answer Doew not need ethernet, completely wireless thru wifi. I pirchased this exaxt model qnd its awesome not having to habe cable wires and ethernet like years back. Youre good to go!
