I can't help with that-they need to fix it. You can view the specs under the description. I think you click more. May copy and paste them into a word doc to view..I recently purchased this T.V. and will say it is really nice. Picture is great and it integrated all of my stuff+internet, Fire stick, Roku, ring, and Amazon in a breeze.
