WP502 - Please first ensure you are utilizing the in-wall One Connect cable (Model VG-SOCR86U/ZA), as the included One Connect cable is not rated for in-wall installation. When installing your TV and One Connect Box, please maintain a distance of at least 4 inches between the One Connect Box with other objects (walls, cabinet sides, etc.) to ensure proper ventilation. The Operating Temperature ranges from 50 °F to 104 °F; Storage Temperature ranges from -4 °F to 113 °F. ^Gina
