“How do you get rid of those "blackout" strips on the top and bottom of screen making the picture skinnier? It's meant for wide screen, I think??...but we hate it. Idiotic question, I know!! but I'm old haha and can't figure it out”

• Go to menu and settings, from there you should be able to change the setting to normal instead of widescreen.

• Hi, you can change the way screen displays the picture, by pressing the P. size button on your remote. ^Rosi
