“I am concerned after reading some reviews that say the remote does not function properly - is this so and has this issue been resolved. Please respond asap as I do not want to buy this Samsung with a problem out of the box. Thank you.”

The remote works fine ,but the loading process of any video on YouTube took longer than usual. Sometimes you need to skip it few minutes forward ,otherwise it will froze . Hope this answer will help .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My Samsung remote worked fine. I did switch over to the AT&T master remote so unless I was adjusting the picture I don't need to use the Samsung remote anymore for TV watching.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is very peculiar about where you aim the remote. But it works just fine, you can't just aim the remote at the ceiling and expect it to work. I have only had mine for 2 months though.
